This is a simple guide for cleaning malware from a Windows PC, but in some cases the only way to be sure is to format and re-install Windows. This process may take several hours.
Xblock's Xcleaner - Use the online version of XCleaner. If it asks to set a restore point, don't let it.
Sophos AntiRootKit. - Make sure you're free of Rootkits. You'll have to register to download it, but its not hard.
Download, Install, and Run CrapCleaner. - Erase all of your temporary files, but don't let it erase your cookies. CCleaner also has a good registry cleaner.
